The introduction of drum wood chipper machine:
This series drum wood chipper equipment can deal logs, wood, branches, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalks and other non wood fiber rod stem cutting into certain specifications of the film material, as the manufacture ofparticleboard, fibrboard, non-wood the basic raw material for wood based panels pulp and paper drum wood chipper equipment, mobile wood chippers equipment.


Drum wood chipper equipment machines from the base, knife rolls, the upper and lower feed rollers, conveyor belts, hydraulic systems and other components. Docking station with a high degree of welded steel plate, is a supporting foundation of the whole machine. Knife roller to install three or four Flying specializes in the manufacture of Flying bolt through the pressure block,knife and knife roller.  

According to the different thickness of cutting raw material, feed roller assembly can make use of the hydraulic system to fluctuate within a certain range. The cutting down of qualified film is expected to fall through the sieve holes, discharged from the bottom of the chip is expected to re-cutting machine.

Working Principle and Application of drum wood chipper:

The feed material is continuously fed into the chipper by means of a batch feeder or vibratory feed trough. By the wood chipper processing,these feed-in materials are turned into high quality, uniform, and multi-application wood chips, which are ideal materials for the manufacture of particle board, MDF and paper pulp. The chips are also well suited as fuel for high intensity burning in modern heating plants.
The serial drum wood chippers are of compact structure, ease of operation, high capacity, wide raw materials adaptability,high quality, safe and reliable, easy to maintain, it is the relatively advanced slicer at present both at home and abroad.
